Host Cell DNA

    resDNA Quantitation Kit is designed for quantitative detection of residual DNA in biopharmaceuticals (Antibodies).

    Based on real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) method, this kit this kit makes the detection of the residual DNA from CHO, E. coli and HEK293 cells rapid and reliable.

    The lower limit of quantitation is 3 fg/µL. All procedures are typically in less than 4 hours.

Host Cell Proteins

This kit is designed for the quantitative detection of HCP (host cell protein) content in biopharmaceuticals expressed on E.coli by using a double-antibody sandwich method.
